The thing ppl seem to be forgetting is there is no transfer fee involved so basically he can ask for a higher wage, if we had signed him in Jan for £6m (what West Am paid) and paid him £40k a week on 3 year deal that £12.24m, if we sign him for free on £75k over 3 years that £11.7m

Though am not saying we should pay him that

 

Hahaha I came on this article to post pretty much exactly the same thing ('believed' being the operative word) but you've beaten me to it! How many times does the Daily Fail have to do exactly that before we all just ignore anything that's written in it? It's no better than a comic. It's a well known thing that there's a wage cap at NUFC, so the story is just that, a story/wind up.

F he wants 75k put him on a pay as you play deal. Theres noway he wants 75 i bet its bollocks, if he does no club would pay that. I think 30-40 is about right thats if he passes a medical i dont fancy the club having a player that much just for him to sit on the treatment table
