I have to say I've always hated it when Newcastle looked like there was a chance of a trophy .......... I wonder if any of them will admit the same.
Not going to lie. I am extremely jealous that you are in touching distance of the final. Here is to you drawing Man City and playing away in the first leg .
I've come on to congratulate you lads. I'm ****ing stotting. This league cup run scarily reminds me of Chelsea in the Champs League 2 years back. I'm jealous and scared as ****, hope you get Man City
We've been relegated before, and so have they, but neither have won a trophy for decades. In fact they haven't danced around Wembley for nearly 60 years .......... shocking for such a massive club Incredibly I was at the funeral, of my favourite auntie, in Chopwell two weeks ago. One of the mourners was a lovely old woman who was at Wembley with Newcastle in 1955. She talked as if it were yesterday and I was sooooo jealous.
Really happy for my son he's been to a home few matches recently hasn't seen a win for while ... was his 16th birthday last week his class mates got him a ticket as a present so a few of them went tonight ... wife just picked him up and got him home and he's buzzing said thats the best live match he's watched in a long while ... he reckoned the streaker got the crowd going (funny as apparently) that lifted the crowd to get behind the team was all Sunderland from there on
I was out on a Christmas do but couldn't help but watch the lads. Thought Giacc' tried his heart out and we deserved the win! Well done Gus and the players. Players who I have been very critical of this season. I do think Gus is the man to lead us though. We may not stop up but the changes I've seen from him has convinced me he is the right man.
I have been to every home game this season league and cup so I hope you lot will go to the semi final, we were crap tonight but the last 20 mins were awesome !. Borini changed the game when he came on, and they fought tooth and nail, now for Saturday !.
