Oh don't get me wrong, i think that systems ****e. Surely if a club consistently churned out "Rooneys" they should go top of the class. But no, we need facilities. We shouldn't be looking for the next Gareth Bale, we need to invest in one of them ****ing zero gravity chamber things.
The facilities and coaching help the players to become the next Bale or Rooney. The 'status' awarded to academies is based on facilities because it rewards them for investing in future youngsters.
youth play at ferriby the improvements are going to be made their because they bought it, all progress at the end of the day."We need £50,000 to get the work done and there is a window of opportunity for the work to get done at the end of January.
But there isn't room at Ferriby, and they need to expand the ground anyway if they get promoted. Where is this academy gonna go?
It's not just facilities, a big part of the categorisation is youth budget. I'm guessing ours doesn't even test the water.
Kempton's allotment more like. That makes no sense. There's no room at Ferriby for the ground improvements which already need to be made, without throwing in any academy stuff.

There's no room, he's putting another shed up. OLM is willing to give up the use of one of his tennis courts for a 5 a side too.
It's going to be a good shed though, with ice baths,so Sone's leg doesn't hurt so much after the long arduous training routines. There will be Geisha girls, and Jeremy Kyle will be there. I was thinking about those little fish that nibble at your feet. It's going to be a good shed.
Its going to be a brothel isnt it. You couldnt just have an allotment with a shed on it and have a few copies of Razzle and Readers Wives oh no. A Brothel. Where is it mate??
