McGregor Sagbo Chester Some of the best saves I've seen at the KC today from Greegs. Sagbo has a brilliant touch and holds up play like nobody else can. The way he shifted the ball onto his right for the shot into the bottom right saved by the keeper was outstanding. Chezzy reminded me why we've rated him so highly since he's been here with a very composed performance. A very poor game overall and we really lacked any creativity in midfield. Meyler and Livermore were nowhere near where they have been and there was no link at all between Huddlestone and Sagbo/Graham. We really need a player to replace Aluko when he's injured and Koren who is now past it, and hopefully Brady sorts himself out soon, A draw was probably a fair result, and the fact we've drawn in similar circumstances against two relatively established mid-table teams shows that we have a definite chance of finishing up around where we want to be.
McGreggs Sagbo Davies I just can't work City out. We play well against the better sides and struggle against the likes of Palace and Stoke....Its been like this for 40 years. Still a decent point today. Positives are one more clearer of Fulham and Palace. Same gap between us and West ham and S/land and another game played. Need Swans to get something at Norwich tomorrow.
McGregor - a few outstanding saves. Livermore - Didn't stop running. Figgy - Thought he did a really good job in THREE different positions.
Mcgregor Davies Elmo What format were we meant to be playing when Bruce went off for Brady (who was as ineffective as I have seen him this season)? If you're not playing well, make sure you don't lose - and that's what we did today.
McGregor Davies Chester Picking three defensive players just says everything about the match. It was dull.
Begovic made twice as many saves as McGregor. I love how managers always say they created more despite the stats coming up on the screen as they say it, completely disproving their claims. Oh and I don't think we played that badly at all. Stoke were good defensively and so were we. Hardly any gaps, only 6 shots on target in the game. Doesn't man either side were ****.
I thought we did ok. If we'd taken our chances we wouldn't care if it was a good or a poor match. Both keepers had to save their teams. 1- McGregor 2- Davies 3- Bruce Jnr
McGregor Bruce Elmo Sagbo a close 4th. Thought Hudd had a poor game personally, and can anyone tell me the exact time when Figueroa morphed into Kamil Zayatte?! was a bleeding liability by the end of the game! Another point for us though and generally I'm pretty happy with that.
