When was the last time they won a trophy away from their own ground ......... it's so long ago the memory has faded.

When was the last time they paraded a trophy around Wembley or had a successful weekend away to remember?

Don't want to come across as a dick but it's not like we have done much and we are glory hunters, we wanna try and win a cup. Each year I'm sure we all think, this is our year.

You know me mate, can't resist a nibble when people call us glory hunters. It's as if we'd won something and threatened to win something else. Been going regularly since 72, seen us win nothing. Had some great times though, including last weekend.

 

Going good for you, even if the ethics of the hierarchy are confusing. Been a strange season so far but I expect a lot of twists and turns. I just hope I can get to a game before it's all over so I can do my twist and turn bit..

 

It's because people in traditional 'Sunderland areas' switched sides when they thought there was some glory to be had.
