Ironically, to stand a chance of implementing Sharia Law officially in the UK, the UK would have to pull out of Europe, making ourselves independent and free of the European Court of Human Rights. Their faces when they think they're winning then the UK Border Agency starts printing out deportation papers for every non-UK citizen and they've voted against their right of appeal to the highest court. I cannot disagree with any of what you say above and we seem to share the same viewpoint, the quote that I took umbrage to was you saying "if they do not like it they can bugger off", I had made the assumption that you meant physically but in hindsight I could have misinterpreted this so my sincere apologies. Being a Newcastle fan I am aware we are not all horse punchers, I have started punching chickens and am slowly making my way up to beavers before tackling any larger animals. As stated it's a mixture of the fact that there just aren't the facilities and that doing it isn't in their culture like it is in other countries.

You won't get any answer you're happy with. It's simply theorising. There's doesn't seem to be a definitive answer if you won't take the arguments above as answers. The skin thing is a myth though. Others say bone structure/density which again has been labelled a myth. Some say massive cocks. Some say facilities. Some say they simply don't have the inclination. The simple, un-PC answer is that just as there are physiological differences that allow blacks to excel in sprinting, there are specific differences in physiology such as muscle & bone density and buoyancy, muscle type, oxygen processing capability that impede blacks from elite level performance in swimming. Swimming is very different than other sports. On land, everyone is dealing with the same gravity, same surface. Not so in the water. If you're fighting your own buoyancy, you're going to lose to someone who isn't.
