    We were good mind. Well if we'd got in before 4am the night before anyway. Always a 2nd half team. Took us 45min to run the piss out of us from the night before.

    I think it'll be a really tough game, they are very good in possession.

    OP says Debuchy out with hip injury duration unknown. is this true? if so we will be in trouble without both cabaye and debuchy. either dummet or mapou will be in at rb. hope they are training hard for those set pieces.

    Should be a cracking game & one I'm looking forward to between a couple of progressing teams. Our biggest loss right now is Boruc, despite his comedy Cruyff turn episodes. If you get the ball wide, or are able to slip through balls between our defence, our keeper has a love affair with the goal line right now. Like he will NOT move off it. That'll be your route to success. Think it might be an entertaining draw, and a good point for us at your place.

    Seems to have turned the corner now, putting some good shifts in.

    Of course confidence in the whole team must be pretty high which can only make it easier to settle in.

    Willo isn't putting a foot wrong and is playing with a lot of confidence and it seems to be spreading through the team.

    Hmm difficult to make a case for him at the start of the season. He was woeful. I thought he was just struggling with the league and just needed time. Fair play to Pards though, it was nothing of the sort, the dropping of HBA was all he really needed. Whereas I wanted HBA dropped, I didn't expect it to have such a dramatic effect on Debuchy.

    Newcastle 1-3 Southampton is what I'd put my money on.

    It's bound to be another good game, but I think they're slightly better than last time, and basically I think their style is our weakness at the moment, even more so than Swansea's.
