An alleged conspiracy theory as described on twitter! http://www.ftbpro.com/posts/sam.san...deo?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
The rule change to allow France to move pots so late on was rather suspect. Anyone would think there's somebody high up who's French. Wait a minute...
Surely nobody is questioning the integrity of FIFA are they? Whatever next????? Love a good old 'conspriracy theory' me, and if we were going to be stitched up then that was the group to put us in. Can't see it personally however, I don't think FIFA are competent enough to be able to arrange such a sting.
Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the draw was rigged, to quote Noel Coward's line from the film 'The Italian Job', "Everybody in the whole World is bent" and he wasn't claiming that everyone was a either !
I dunno about the grouping process, but I definitely have my doubts as to how host nations are decided.
That video clip does precious little to make the draw look totally legit, so any conspiracy theory is quite believable in this case. It has been many, many years since I have trusted FIFA, and Blatter in particular, so would never write off the possibility or probability of it happening.
How to randomise the draw: Live cameras at every 'flagship' maternity hospital of the participating countries. FIFA says go - the order the babies are born represent the way the teams go into the prescribed groups. We can then call the groups "Groups of life" and make it a joyous occasion. Teams can adopt the names of the child born in their country. Our group would be: George, Alejandro, Maximiliano and Giuseppe. Each time a goal is scored, the beaming face of the baby is projected on screen. I've gone mad.
