    a ban would be the normal way 2 go about this tbh john <laugh>........then he can reflect on his low points <oK>....... as have some users on here who go OTT on times low points,.... myself very much included in this <whistle>.........in other words we can sort this out ourselves with a simple life ban from the Cardiff board.
