No, Woy took you from 7th to the bottom 3 while Moyes has taken the champions to 9th as we near the half way point.

I agree, its no way the same...... Woy couldnt motivate the players, was overly cautious, lacked the cutting edge needed.......oh..........ahhhhhh.

And of course I had loads to say, it was ****ing hilarious. Just how you and the rest are finding it extremely funny now. That tells us plenty, you think its great...... so its anything but.

Can't say I'm not enjoying the reality check currently bitch slapping Utd fans faces but as you say you're in no danger of relegation so why all the panic?, he could turn Utd's league campaign around.......if there's a nuclear war or an astroid hits the earth.

Just relax and enjoy this season, things can only get better, right?

Poor Moyes Put in place by SAF who didn't want United 's success to continue
    after his term .

And what reality check, the very poor excuse that the team isnt good enough?

Doesnt wash, not one bit. The midfield is poor, no doubt, it has been for years compared to the other top sides but its a side of proven, geniune class.

Put a top manager in charge of this United squad and were 1st or 2nd right now. Simple as that. The games where Moyes has really ****ed up are games a top manager would have picked up the points. we would have lost at City more than likely regardless, same at Anfield. However Cardiff, Saints, West Brom and Everton would not have happened.

Why does it need to be Moyes' team? I see managers who have joined clubs all over the world this season and they have made an instant impact. Moyes' old club look in great shape. theys made a few changes, nothing major. The vast majority of it is Moyes' squad. Suddenly they can pass and move. Moyes was a great manager at everton dont get me wrong, he did great with them. However Martinez has already made his mark.

Mourinho comes back to Chelsea, they play like **** yet they are winning. pellegrini at City, he's got a team of lazy knobheads yet hes got them doing okish. Things got bad for them but he seems to have bounced back.

So why can they do what Moyes cant, with squads/teams who are not as good as we are ( based on last season )?

    Why?

Cheeky £29million bid for suarez in January? Swiftly followed by a £29.1million bid? You wont see that coming!

    I think he's doing a fine job personally <ok>

On a serious note, like others have said, he reverts to type when under pressure which is very risky and has already cost United points in two games.

This defensive attitude invites pressure which ultimately you cannot always hold out.

Ferg always attacked under pressure which suited the mentality his players had.

    Everton results aren't acceptable.

Exactly. Hes got the players to go out and defend from the front. Attack attack attack. Thats how Fergie did it. One occasion he did play a more defensive game but those were generally in games v the top 4 or major European ties.

I wonder how the players are feeling, its like he doesnt trust their attacking ability? Its about time he did, perhaps then things might change......... like that game we won 5-0....... he attacked........we looked great.

Its not the end of the world. You'll be okay.

He'll be given time but will ultimately be replaced by someone capable and you'll be there.

    Rafa?

As long as you stay top 4 there shouldn't be too much damage.

  12. You won't have increased your bid by £99,999 more than Arsenal did <ok>

More likely to bid £29million for Suarez and Sturridge, followed up by £28million for Suarez only...

I can understand the OP's frustration with United's premiership form. When you are used to winning most matches at OT it comes as a shock when you get defeats by WBA and Everton.

It is true that the group of players overachieved with SAF last season. he managed to squeeze the last drops from that group, playing a system tried and trusted. Again he managed to get RVP and Rooney to get United wins when the team was not playing well.

This time, Carrick and RVP are not playing and suddenly the thinness of the squad is all too apparent.

I said at the beginning of the season United need to ****ing spend big. What did that ****** Woodward do? he started playing mind games to save a million here and there. FFS what we need to bring 4-5 world class expensive players. If United do not spend £100 million and more in the next 2 windows, we run the risk of falling into mediocrity. Fair enough we could live with being out of the CL for one season (I have lived through relegation FFS so this is not new to me).

Spend big and let Moyes compete with the likes of the Chavs and City. I said in summer that our squad was the weakest of the top 4 or 5 and it is now clear.

Give Moyes time but also give him the ****ing money to spend. Moyes needs to go out and get the ****ing best midfielders available. get rid of the dead wood. The Youngs, Anderson, Nani who are not performing. Forget about saving money FFS. this is United one of the biggest football clubs in the world if not the biggest not ****ing Everton.

They are not playing. The players who are playing are the ones underperforming...

ABUs at it again <laugh>, they said many times UTD in decline just to proven wrong every season ..
but it is a sign of an idiot when they don't learn their lesson and rush into opening his mouth

regarding Moyes, he need to have some balls and attack other teams, we are UTD not Everton for GOD sake, one point is not good enough, 1-0 is not good enough, we need to kill the matches
