He's got his head screwed on, Let's hope his cup of tea with Allam goes well, The fact Steve hasn't been immediately called to a meeting after speaking to the press about the name change is probably a good sign in the avoiding a Barmby situation respect. I don't think there's much chance of a Barmby situation between Allam and SB. There's clearly a lot of mutual respect between them and Bruce is pretty glowing about him in this interview.
Interesting that Bruce said they would be looking at McShane this morning with a view to the Arsenal game. Anybody heard anything?
How lucky are we to have Bruce? Excellent words delivered with sincerity, let's hope he can work the same magic with the off field distraction that he's done on the pitch.
