yep, its that nasty stage, lots of names that dont inspire, stories of players who dont want to come and Gyan wnting away. All gossip but it gets to you all the same, well it does me. I need the club to give me something then all will be fine. Its a bastard supprting a team up here

 

I think it is better for the region if both teams do well (obviously NUFC above you haha) but I see no reason to hate you until the derbies come. Even then I am never confident and spend most of the time near a toilet!!! I will admit to having little time for the Boro but then again, they are a small team from Yorkshire.......

You don't want to be signing O'**** and Ginger afro anyway. They are not as good as what you currently have and are useless back ups. Get Scott Dann, N'Zogbia (I doubt we will get him) and a partner for Gyan (from what I have seen, he does not want to leave) and then a couple of loans in. I know you hate all the loans but I would suggest slowly bringing the number down rather than actually abolishing it as a practice.

 

Personally out of the 3 Man utd players linked with, O'shea is the one I would really want, plenty of experience in the top flight and Europe and looks like captain material. Gibbo and Brown don't excite me at all. N'zogbia I would cream my pants if we got him but I really think he will move onto bigger and better things. Gyan won't leave he loves Sunderland and the fans, and I love his crazy dancing

 

I will admit there was a period of time where I though O'Shea was going to turn out to be a very good player. Will never forget the nutmeg on Figo haha! Could turn out to be another Fergie **** up (Pique, Rossi, Forlan and Richardson) though and O'Shea could rediscover that form.

 

Aye, the only downfall is that O'shea doesn't have time on his side like the other players, still his experience could be key.
