This is what you get when there is no opportunity (or only when the club goes under) for fans to have a meaningful say in the way clubs are owned and run. I think we have lucked out with TF, his mistakes have been those of an enthusiast rather than a calculating machine, but he himself has said that a football team is much better marketing (though unmeasurable) than traditional advertising. Of course he was referring to a Premiership football club, which is why we have this hell for leather attempt to get back immediately. Roll on the collapse of Sky and a German style system.
I seem to recall the hooray Henry's up the road at FOOLHAM had a feckin mad egyptian born lunatic running their asylum at one stage, at least The newly named TIGERS wont have a statue of Bubbles's best mate on the doorstep, And to be honest having had to endure the delights of Hull several times over the past few months I am even more amazed that it is Britains City of CULTURE for 2014 which is strange as it has all the tourist attractivity of Kabul during it's Taliban period. If i was the mad egyptian loony i would devote my time to just renaming the whole feckin place KINGSTON-UPON HELL and have done with it !!!
