I don't agree with execution as a punishment, simply because mistakes are made and will continue to be made.. However, with child sex offenders, statistics show that many will re-offend when they are released from prison, so measures should be taken to ensure that this doesn't happen.

Once spoke to an "expert" on treating *****philes in prison.At that time the preferred option was counselling.I asked if it works.I was asked if I was heterosexual.I said I was."could I be counselled into being homosexual?".Thereby is the problem.A *****phile is doing something he is wired to do.He is not breaking into your house because he is a scumbab he is following his sexual drives. I would suggest ,due to the damage they cause others,they should never be released from custody.In certain states in America this is the policy.I think it is a type of insanity in that society cannot cope with their behaviour and thinking. If a ***** touched any child I know I would want to kill them so I think for everyones sake they should be secured somewhere away from society with a dignitas option for those who want to take it
I fear he will have a fixed term sentence and be released at some point.He will be kept with others who will be more interested in being turned on by his stories than beating him up
But there's always someone who will believe they have changed & are no danger to the public & should be released into the community. I watched a documentary a few weeks ago abut the criminally insane at Broadmoor hospital, apparently Peter Sutcliffe has been declared as legally sane, how much longer before someone campaigns for his release & is successful, a previous home secretary told him that he would never be freed, but, elect the wrong government & he & a few others would be released, if we had capital punishment for his like, we wouldn't have to worry about these things!
In the states they put sensors on their genitals and say certain things to them which pretty much certainly causes enough stirring to ensure another 2 years. These places are like prison resorts with tennis courts etc. They do serve their sentence in jail before they are put in these places. I think we have a lot of islands of Scotland which were cleared as the population became no longer viable.I would think they could be made pretty secure with modern technology
