At fishers cross - get the mortgage on it but I'll be having a bit of melodic rendeveouz when the fighting fifth thread is created

 

That is very brave bob TNO vs MYTOY to hard to tell imo

 

I see with AP at newcastle riding MtOY, Barry G has picked up the ride on At Fishers Cross not a bad spare ride to pick up

 

Wont be TNO v MTOY in Saturday's Fighting Fifth Wooly as TNO ain't in it. He's Bula Hurdle bound.

I can't fathom Melodic Rendevous beating the Tent but Hendo's big guns first time out are steer clears are they not? Melodic Rendevous's form over Far West took a bad knock at the weekend though. Disappointing Grade One race IMO looking at the other entries in it. Bygones of Brid having it's usual day out

With regards to the Long Walk I don't know whose in it but At Fishers Cross is a superb animal and will be incredibly hard to beat over staying races this season at least until Big Bucks shows up...

 

Oh ok cheers beefy, last time i read he was fighting fifth bound- shame was looking very competitive but now looks easy for MTOY

 

The older horses would struggle to even keep up with AFC at level weights yet they have to give him 4lbs

 

Bizarre that McCoy wont be riding at Fishers Cross but that tells you all of what he thinks of My Tent or Yours. I can see MTOY winning by a couple of lengths .. Melodic Rendezvous is good but MTOY has speed to burn baby!!

At Fishers Cross will win this race...

 

Backed MTOY @ 2/1 for this a few weeks ago knowing that TNO would not run and this would not be the strongest race! Also doubled MTOY and At Fishers Cross this Saturday

 

He’s opting to go up to Newcastle for one reason and one reason only – the money! The ‘Fighting Fifth’ is worth more than double what the ‘Long Distance Hurdle’ is. £100,000 compared to £40,000.

In recent terms McCoy has done the exact same thing and gone ‘oooooooooop North’ to ride Binocular in the same race.

Can't see either of them not winning, even looking at Henderson's current form.
