Ya, I said earlier that fair play to Mirallas, he knew he was probably going to be in trouble. Without stirring **** up more for tobes I actually think the physio barging in probably helped him escape the red card as well.
Tbf to Gerrez and IBWT, they were simply saying you couldn't hear what was said or what was going on so how could you know, which is fair. But you could kind of see him lean in and you know he was saying "That should be a red" and refs hate it when players ask for that let alone someone outside the footy pitch. I did have a laugh seeing the physio get involved though but wasn't laughing as much when the card was yellow.
Feel free to point out where I said the physio definitely didn't have an influence. You'll find I said you contradicted yourself with your comment. Again, read back for this as I can't be arsed to go though it again. If you want to know why I can't be arsed, I refer you to Saints' comment regarding gymnastics
For someone who's supposedly 'not been arsed' with the entire discussion, you've given a fine impression of someone who patently is...................................since Sunday afternoon
No you've got it wrong, he listens to his eyes. If the physio did make Dowd change his mind - big 'if' as we'll never know - what was the reason he didn't red card Carra for the Nani tackle? Possible theory: refs tend to favour the home side??
