    ....... was I right.

I posted a few weeks back that I was impressed by Mannone, at Hull, and thought he'd turn out to be a very good keeper for us.

I've seen nowt to change my mind and it sees Poyet agrees.

It's really tough om Westy but we should stick with Mannone. It's his shirt to lose now and he's done nothing wrong to do so. Stick with him.

I don't think you we're the only person to think/say that.

    I didn't say I was.

However, I have this strange habit of only speaking for myself ......... mad isn't it <doh>

Having said that, there were quite a few people who seemed to have written him off.

Personally I'm always pleased to be proved wrong about a player I didn't rate such as Ki.

I was dreading it at first when Westie bashed his bonce, and with very good reason. Mannone's performance against MK Dons was one of the worst goalkeeping performances since Kelvin Davis. But I can't fault him, love the way passes it out. No complaints from me like.

TBH mate, I reckon the way our defence played, early in the season, would've made any keeper look poor.

At West Brom the communication between defenders and keeper was shocking ........ the crowd were having to shout instructions to Westwood <laugh>

He certainly looks the part at present, and there is no way that he can be dropped on current form..

The defence was a mess mate in the MK Dons. But the goals especially the first were Mannone individual errors, his positioning was just all over the shop. West hadn't filled me with confidence this season either. But yeah, I feel comfortable with Mannone in goal at the moment.
