    We need him there as long as possible though. A Laudrup or Simeone could do serious damage with that squad.

    Can't see Levy pulling the trigger yet but it looks a dreadful appointment. Myself, PISKIE, LOECW & a few others on here and the Arsenal board incessantly repeated the fact we thought Spurs would be weaker without Bale but loads fell for the hype over the new signings. Too much change too soon without a competent manager to oversee it.

    Even though 6purs were a one man team with bale, they should be doing better after a £100m spend.

    Early days I know, but spuds were saying we were more dependent on mata than they were on bale
