Cisse is the kind of player Harry would go for so this is something I@d like to see happen.

    http://www.caughtoffside.com/2013/11/24/newcastle-united-to-consider-qpr-striker-swap-deal/?

St James’ Park side to offer deal they hope will help land loaned in forward on a permanent basis.

Newcastle United are weighing up a swap deal for QPR striker Loic Remy with the Magpgies ready to offer Papiss Cisse in exchange for the in-form French international according to Sports Direct News.

The Senegal international has been in woeful form of late, failing to score in ten Premier League fixtures this term, so one wonders if the offer of Cisse in exchange for Remy would interest Loftus Road boss Harry Redknapp.

Alan Pardew may reportedly be ready to offer a cash incentive as well as Cisse in pursuit of Remy, who has been in excellent form since moving to St James’ Park on a season long loan spell.

The 26 year old striker has scored eight goals in nine Premier League starts this season, helping Newcastle United push upwards up the table after an indifferent start to the campaign.

On way home from game and Pardew didn't sound confident that Remy would be Newcastle player next season, when asked on Radio Newcastle.

    Swap deals seldom happen.

Would Papiss Cisse want to play in the Championship?

Can't see Cisse being to happy about this. If we manage to hold onto Remy it will be a miracle the way he is playing right now.

It might not be a miracle, but it would boost our chances of a much better season than we thought if we could keep him.

He seemed to hint stringly that it was all down to finance... in other words with each goal his monthly salary will go up right now... Remy would be fully entitled to demand £100k considering he guarantees goals.

I think with Cisse.. that ship has sailed.
It's honestly like carrying a passenger know and that is plain wrong.
When he came on yesterday I was like' oh ****... no more goals now then'.
Love Cisse as a person but he's been given long enough to learn to stay onside and find his shooting boots.
I'd rather see someone like Campbell on at the moment.

Campbell would be a good option, Cisses's heart doesn't seem to be in it these days.

Would say though that Cisse was onside when he "scored" yesterday. I do appreciate that the keeper had stopped but the shot was in the corner.

Which is a shame but to be honest I don't think he will go back to QPR, I see him going to a bigger club. The lad is class.

He needed that slice of luck badly. Onside but called off which must have been like a kick in the nuts. We'll need him to contribute over the xmas period .as Shola ad Remy can't play in all the games
