Most Celtic fans were annoyed at Scot Brown's little half hearted kick at the Brazilian Super Star's back and the rolling and diving of the same player . Ref was advised to give Brown the red card., and that was bad enough but UEFA on viewing the incident gave Brown another two match suspension . Now compare Brown's punishment with the non punishment of Ronaldo who on Friday in the World Cup play off was clearly seen to head butt Swedish and Celtic's Lustig . Ronaldo's head butt wasn't of the most Serious nature, just as Brown's little petulant kick . The referee missed the Ronaldo head butt, Lustig not rolling all around the pitch didn't highlight it, but is there not a referee's controlling body to pick up on what the referee doesn't see. If so Ronaldo should not have been scoring a hat trick last night and Sweden may be in the finals.
Didnt see the game so wont comment on the incident directly. IF he headbutted Lustig, then he will probably be pulled up in front of the Fifa review board based on TV evidence and end up missing part/all of the World Cup (minimum 3 match ban i believe = all group games). Brown was rightfully sent off, and then due to the nature of the offense (violent conduct), it is automatically reviewed and additional suspensions added if merited. None of this would have taken place during the match in which the incidents happened, so Ronaldo being on the pitch to score after the alleged headbutt is a moot point. The ref missed it, so you get on with it! Oh but he was an English ref, probably a mason and it was against Lustig, a Celtic player. ITS A CONSPIRACY I TELL YA!!

It should have been reviewed before last night's game . What I am saying is that neither Brown's petulant flick of his boot, or Ronaldo's little head butt deserved max punishment but in the interest of fair play and consistency the Referees 's panel had to punish Ronaldo . Now I don't know why someone with the username C3ltic would want to mock Celtic fans by blathering on about an English ref , probably a Mason . The English referee officiated Tuesday's match . My lack of giving a damn about matches which Celtic are not involved in is letting me down. I live in California, for me, the only time i think about watching football is when Celtic/Scotland are playing. Before i moved here, 8 years ago, i watched as much football as i could. Now i couldnt give a **** if Celtic/Scotland are not involved. That includes internationals where a Celtic player may be playing. So yes my knowledge of the game has declined, but **** me, if being in the know about all things football (Rangers in your case) means i end up like you, posting ****e over and over on internet forums. Then trust me, im thankful that i know **** all! I actually had to google the result of the Portugal game and noticed it was Howard Webb ref'ing it. I then made the assumption (Wrongly i admit) that this was the game you were whining and bitching about.

My post was a worthwhile post, pointing out how different Scot Brown of Celtic was treated compared to Ronaldo of Portugal , C3ltic deliberately destroyed the post for some stupid reason . If he was a Celtic investor and with no other interest he Wouldn't have jumped in with his stupid misunderstanding of the post , as my original post highlighted the Football Ethos which down grades clubs from smaller Associations .

The definition of fan is someone who would watch his team on TV wearing an out of date club top or else no merchandise . A supporter is someone who would be a season ticket holder , and who would travel to away games and probably frequent the club shops.
