The missus has just started a new job there (Physio, thanks for asking) and I can't for the life of me remember where it is (I thought most of it had gone..._? I know it's on Saltshouse Road, but how far down is it? Is it past Wilberforce College?
It's jus about opposite the college, just before the golf course on Salthouse road. Not much of it left now!

They still have the physio there so the land can still be classed as being used by the trust, so they could sell the rest of the land for houses. I didn't even know it existed till about three and half years ago when I took patients there for dermi and physio appointments, but then I've always lived in west Hull
I did my physio there after I had my shoulder done, there's only physio and x-ray left now. Depending on which way you're coming from, its closer to Sutton than Holderness Road end compared to Wilberforce College, it's a bit hidden away so you've got to be a bit careful with the entrance, which is just before the bend in the road from Holderness Road end.
