CanadaTiger, a couple of corrections... Gedo was on for Kahraba after 40 minutes at LWF. Zaki (CF) came off at 62' at which time Gedo became CF. Fathi played DMF/CMF for 56 minutes then came off. Both Fathi and Gedo had great games, especially Fathi. Gedo had looked poor last week in a friendly vs Zambia but Bradley gave him 90 minutes then. Seems he knew Gedo had something in him and it showed vs Ghana. Slowly eased into the game, stepped up his play as time passed and capped it off with a nice trademark goal. A few more words I typed up here.
Thanks for the corrections Andrew. Sounds like Gedo is back to fitness. Just hope SB will start using him instead of Graham. We need another striker who can get into the box and take his chances like he did pre-injury last year. I like the thought of a Sagbo/Gedo combo up front. I still think we missed a great opportunity with Fathi. Would have been ideal at RB and can also play across the MF. Why he was hardly used here I'll never understand.
