I was switching between four different matches and the darts tonight. From what I saw of them they looked a different team. They played the ball on the floor a lot too.
the quality of the opposition had a lot to do with it too. kaspar gorkss played for Latvia. not his best game!
Yeah, they looked good but Latvia made them so. Good positive passing game. We'll see. I hope O'Neill does well. Got to stadium just before national anthems and missed Roy doing keepy uppies! Strange seeing him sit relatively quietly on the assistant manager's seat while O'Neill prowled the sideline. Keane gave a determined clap of the hands when an Irish player came in with a crunching (but fair) tackle - the hard man is still in him!
