Statement from Adidas. We regret to confirm that there has been a delay with the delivery of a range of stock to Hull City Tigers, there are also a number of articles which regrettably will not be delivered in full. We are working hard to rectify the issues being faced and apologise to the club and the fans for the inconvenience caused. As a brand we not only pride ourselves on the quality of our product but also the service we provide to our customers. This is not the manner in which we want to be supplying the football club and your patience and support is much appreciated. adidas assumes full responsibility for the current issues and accepts that these are not a result of any wrong doing on the part of the club. The intention of both adidas and the club was for all orders to be delivered on time and in full. We will endeavor to keep the club informed and updated on delivery information as soon as it is available - please be assured that adidas is treating this as an absolute top priority. Retail staff will be contacting customers in due course whose orders have been affected. If you are concerned about your order please call 01482 509600 or email [email protected]. Hull City Tigers will of course offer a full refund on items not received or no longer required due to delivery time. Stock or training wear is also affected, please enquire in store for availability of items.
So they accept full responsibility, and have made it a number 1 priority, but any questions should be directed to the club shop? Arseholes!
Of course you ask the club shop. Adidas aren't likely to know what stock is left from previous deliveries, or whether you need to go to the stadium shop or the one in town.
Ah, for some reason I'd totally missed the reason behind contacting the shop. Was just annoyed at this crappy supply from them
Don't we all, just wish I was as blind to your stupidity, but alas, chum, I just can't seem to ignore that
You are entitled to your opinion sunshine and so am I. I think my post makes more sense than any of yours put together. Ive never read so much bull sh.t as that that you write.
Maybe, you could give us all, in your worldly wisdom, what the club did taking the statement about Adidas off the OWS? Do you not think it was an inapropriate statement to put out in the first place and very amateurish at best?
