the only time the media report on silence is on armistice day - not even the BBC would calculate that those not speaking out are actually in favour it would make the Cold war reporting seem like the West were anti democracy
I was talking in general terms, rather than this particular topic. I would, however, agree with you on this occasion. (I can't believe I said that either)
"As I have said countless times... I am not for Hull City Tigers...very few people are. We are HULL CITY... We are THE TIGERS."
"I agree that probably less than 5% of supporters are FOR the name change. No argument with that at all."
I don't think anyone can say 95% are against the name change. I think unfortunately the majority say 50-60% are in the i don't care really what we are called.
Oh **** off. If you don't care then why are you so keen to force it down our throats how many others don't care either? Pure desperation. Let your ambivalence protests and petitions do the talking instead of just screaming about how much support you've got. If it was true you wouldn't need to keep saying it.
I've got a great idea Tubby Spastic. **** off! If it bothers you enough to be such a twat, why not set up a campaign group for the name change? Oh wait, it's obvious why you don't...
To far if you consider that through all the Polls on numerous sites you have around 5k Hull City who have actively said they are against the name change. Take last years attendances as our standard fan base, which on average was 17,358, minus 1k for aways fans. You have 16,358 which is near enough the amount of season ticket holders we will have to. That roughly works out at 30% against the name change. Take into account 10% nearly according to the Hull Daily Mail who support it that leaves you with 60% who are not bothered in the slightest. I admit this is taking into account only a loyal and active fan base, i.e attendances from last year as if we go down it is clear the attendances will go down to this level. Thats my opinion, however i also feel far more than 5k don't like the name change for instance like my dad who doesn't go online so has no way to vote in these polls. Yet he is against the name change.
Sorry but this is just optimism off the scale. It is true that the majority of supporters are NOT pro-change, however when push comes to shove the majority of supporters are Pro Allam, and if the campaign tries to force the current indifference majority into one side or the other, then they would lose.

Sadly for you, taking the time to remix my posts might make you feel better but it does nothing for your cause.
