I am one of the bib theorists but in this day and age if the other team doesn't know your players, then they are ****ing stupid as they should have enough footage and scouts to know about each and every player. Where you can get them is the day of the game or pre match when you see the team selection and you can make a late change to "surprise" them. Tata Martino did that with Messi in the classico when he saw they were putting Pepe at DM to nullify Messi...... so he moved him out wide and Pepe had no one to kick and Barca went on to dominate most of the game.
