Your 3 players to offload in January

OK... hypothetical situation alert..!

Fat Mike rings you up and tells you he has just sacked JFK (hurrah) and wants to offer you the job as DofF.

Your first job (assume you don't tell fatty to poke it) will be to permanently offload the three first team squad players you feel are surplus to requirements (to make room for 3 incomings who Carr advises will improve our squad quality).

Who do you pick?

I'd go for:

Obertan
Cisse
Shola

I honestly think we are a striker or two away from being a top 10 side.

 

I find it difficult to argue with your choices.

I might keep shola as he could try to impress what it means to be a Newcastle player onto new signings and ditch Gosling instead (technically 1st team) Marveaux is another I wouldn't mind selling.

 

I'd ditch Obertan, Cisse & Marveaux.

Obertan because he's just so poor.

Marveaux because he's either injured or won't start because he's a poor man's Ben Arfa and even he can't get in the team at the moment and then Cisse because we could probably still rob someone of 8-10 million for him.

I'd only ditch Cisse if I was assured a new striker would arrive. For that reason we can't ditch Shola because we are so short on numbers up top.

 

Obertan and Marveaux. Obertan because he is ****taculous. Marveaux because he is so injury prone and we might aswell get a fee for him and have someone actually available to us. I can't think of a 3rd. I wouldn't be selling any strikers, it would be madness however gash Cisse and Shola are. We need to add a striker, one departing just increases that need further.

Still think we should sign young Ryan Gauld. Go on Alan. I sent him an email the other day via the club email marked FAO Pards I'd had a few.

 

Probabaly OT nevermind what happens to Remy at end of season?If QPR go up does he go straight back to them,is there any chance we could keep him?

 

"Its complicated" according to Pardew. I think we'll be lucky to see him in B&W next year. I think the big clubs will have taken note and will blow us out of the water. Noticeable he is keeping his options open too. Would love him to stay but I think him and Cabaye will leave in the summer.

They can bid but he is not available for transfer until June. We paid a fee which I believe means it is season long. Of course he'll be tapped up more than a fit girl who loves giving blow jobs between now and June. Arsenal need a striker................

If we can sign Remy permanently, then I'd get rid of Cisse and find someone else.

I'd keep Shola as a back up.

I'd offload -

Cisse, Ober and Vuckic.

I'd try and sign a winger as well.
