RIGUEZ DANCER 6-1 Carlisle 3.30 Blinkers are applied for the first time today and you cannot dispute the McCain/Maguire credentials of late as the yard is flying. Mark has sunk to a point 9lbs below his last win! Another I like the look of is PALOMA'S PRINCE 22-1 Kempton 5.20 who is a course and distance winner off a mark of 75 and today races off a mark of 70. I am a little worried that he only seems to win after a break but at 20's I think he is worth taking a chance on!
All the way up to Carlisle with one runner in the 2.25 Buddy Bolero 15/8 for the Pipe yard. Will need to win to pay for the petrol! Best of luck all
Stick, had a long and hard look at Riguez last night and have to agree what you say, but in the end was swayed to Wicklow Lad who should enjoy todays conditions and doesn't look to badly handicapped on Irish form now being rated 2lb lower than when finishing 2nd at Galway in April. Bit off putting the PU lto, but as that was his first run for the Alexanders I'll put a line through that and hope a tad of improvement is forthcoming! Also like for E/W purposes: Bollin Fiona 12.45 Carlisle Vintage Star 2.25 Carlisle. managed to get 20/1 for Bollin, 5/1 Vintage and 8/1 Wicklow last night. Good luck!
We'll Carlisle 2:25 is a five runner race and we've already had two of them on here. I've gone for Imperial Vic so now we have three
Interesting race that one chaps and any of them could win it. I'd think it's one to watch rather than invest in.
Think your right there bob could be anyones race buddy bolero will be napped up everywhere for the traveling but if I had to put money on it would be with imperial vic
Hello lads. Nothing for me today except Carry On Dick currently screening on C4 with Sir Roger Daley,Sergeant Jock Strapp,Captain Desmond Fancey,Richard "Big Dick" Turpin and The Old Cock Inn. An absolute classic. GL with your selections.
Not near a TV screen, unfortunately, but I bet the double entendres that old girl Barbara Windsor will deliver will be priceless. And I’m sure there will be at least half a dozen renditions of ‘Oooooooooooooooooooooooooh saucy!’
Nice punt landed there by Lanigan Hooded was clueless but ran a nice race, will keep an eye out for it, middle distance next season.
Southwell 310 AP takes favourite conectivity for 25f in bad conditions as good as he is they may struggle here noblewitness at 25s loves the conditions distance and is down to a winnable weight the only concern would be the pace andweather noble decides to go on a 10f burnout kempton wilfred pickles at 11/2 looks to have a very good shout of winning but should place easy
Well done on the winners today lads. Nothing interesting me today, but some potentially scintillating cards at Cheltenham this weekend - on Sunday for example we could have Sea Lord v. The Liquidator v. West Wizard
Its remembrance day today, first two kempton winners on the war theme, Warrior Of Light and Elite Army. Couple more ive noticed still to run 3.50 Souville(The Fort Souville is one of the highlights of the fortified town of Verdun , north-east of the city. Built in 1876, above its surroundings served as battlefield during the Battle of Verdun in 1916.) & Kinloss (Northeast of the village is Kinloss Barracks, formerly RAF Kinloss which opened on 1 April 1939. It is believed that 1,000 aircraft were dismantled at Kinloss, after the end of the Second World War) 5.20 Commissar (The war commissar or Kriegskommissar was a Danish Army, Norwegian Army, Prussian Army, Swedish Army and Soviet army military official who was responsible for supplying military arms and provisions, and was in charge of the military budget and conscription.) & Certavi (It is Latin. It's the 1st person singular perfect active indicative of "certare" - basically, it means "I contended", or "I have contended". It's translated in a variety of ways (e.g fight, struggle, do battle, etc.) depending on context, but the main meaning seems to be one expressing contention between opposing forces.)
