Ale, some things are sent to test us. You've beaten this thing once, do it a second time and get back into the hoops.
If it was up to me Id give you a new contract now, even with one knee you're better than most.

No doubt you can recover from this injury as managed it with the other knee - hard graft with rehab and you will be in first XI for sure.

Hi Ale. Being struck down with one ACL injury is really bad luck but for you to have a second is little short of a tragedy for the club, its supporters and most especially for you. It seemed to me that in the last few games you had just got back to your best, showing a level of performance that makes you such a fans' favourite. On the pitch, you have shown courage, determination, character and a huge capacity for hard work. These traits will ensure that you re-appear next season in the hoops in the Premier League, where you belong. The long road back starts here. Go for it. We are all behind you.

I hope you stay on after your contract runs out and are given a chance at a new contract for next season.
Its a huge shame, especially as I think you and Barton would have been the centre midfield for the rest of the season.

Ale, it was heart-rending to witness your injury last week and see how distressed you were. We were all hoping that it would turn out not to be as serious it appeared.
