I will be the first on here to congratulate you if you close the gap on us tomorrow. I disagree with many in that apart from Palace I think there are no teams much worse than others in the likely bottom 8.I am pleased we have earned a head start on yourselves.I hope it is enough. We will struggle if the injuries keep piling up.We do not have big money for January but hopefully SB can find another Huddlestone. I do not regard our game against Palace as easy. Before today I thought we will keep the gap at 10 after the Palace game. That would give us 2/3 of the season to hang on.IMO that would be enough short of us going into free fall or you making incredible signings in Jan.We are all aware that 18th is as bad as last-and the cushion is nowhere near big enough for us at present.
So you are now reversing all the **** you have been spouting on here ad-infinitum? ****ing hell at least stand by what you say.
If Hull stay up this season it will be on 'first season adrenaline' ........... but they'll go down sooner or later and they know it.
I still think you have a poor team but I think you have much more money to rectify things in Jan.I doubt you will catch us if we are 10 points ahead after 12 games.I still think some of your fans are making a similar mistake to the Lester fans.I still think one or 2 of your lady folk could drink a little less.I think if you beat Man City you deserve congratulating.According to the pundits we deserved to beat them at Etihad but hey ho. la vita e cosi
So many points, where to start. We are so poor yet you have our rejects because they were even poorer. We have more money that has been spent on piles of **** that we off loaded to you. You talk about 10 points as if it is insurmountable Mrs Doubtfire will soon show you the error of your ways. No idea what you are on about with Leicester fans. Lasses down your way don't drink? Maybe not, as the last time I was in Hull everyone of the lasses seemed to be a prostitute. If we beat City it will be through more luck than judgement. una volta un testa di cazzo
I doubt many would argue with us being very grateful to survive. Most of us would dream of the WBA model of not over spending and build for the next push. This is one of our strenths. Most fans know we are a medium sized club and with our trophy cabinet it is obvious we are not likely to expect more than to enjoy the journey. Southampton are an incredible team this year. When do you play them?
And we didn't play that well in those games. If we actually start playing well we may just give them a shock.
For Hull there won't be 'the next push' and you're not a 'medium sized club' by any standards ...... accept reality, it's the only way.
There are enough poor squads around: Hull, Cardiff, Norwich, Palace and teams who are playing badly: Fulham, West Ham, Villa, Stoke but I think that teams from that second list are likely to keep picking up decent points (West Ham today for example had Ravel, Noble, Nolan, Downing, Cole, Jarvis, Tomkins, etc a list of good English players who I'm confident will keep them up). The problem will be if the poor sqauds get too much of a head start but unless you're adrift by Easter it is still very much in your hands.
