You have to wonder why he seems happy to continually go out on loan rather than move permanently. It seems clear that he is never going to quite cut it for a place in the first team squad. Perhaps he is on a larger wage than most potential clubs could offer.
Is this not the same thing that Rowan Vine did before he left and the fans were quite pissed off by it, I think he and Balanta are in the same boat got nice contracts and don't really want to take less till the deal has run down so are happy to stay till they are forced to move.
Exactly this, a L2 player on a champ contract. Same goes for Rowlands as well, he ran down his contract for the promotion bonus despite not featuring at all. Speaking of vine, he was on a TV game recently and had a hell of a beard.
Completely agree. It's just a shame these overpaid idiots don't have the balls (or desire) to try and better themselves either here or elsewhere.
I think he is a lot better that league two. The fact is we don't know why he has not got a move. Maybe every time we get a new manager they tell him to prove his worth. He might be trying to do that
