They get back to the back line waaaay too easy. They've had 5-6 deadly crosses already.

Lamah needs to sort his defensive duties out. He just drifted inside there for no reason.

Good that Bony has scored already, Kuban aren't that bad when attacking...

Lamah is looking great going forward - looks like he can beat players. Played a few good passes as well.

Lamaar and bony have been stand out for me this half. So nice to see these boys take a grip and have a go at the opposition, a good first half from us ;)

But don't forget Lamar gifted them a chance with an awful half way line pass that the Russians nearly capitalised upon. Happy with him overall but we need better concentration from all our players tonight because this team looks good on the counter.

Bony looking like the player we all know he can be with some half decent service, not always i might add, but when the balls been right, he has done everything needed.

Lamah, for all his good work, still doesn't fill me with confidence, he jjust doesn't look confident with the ball at his feet and running. Seems a bit wobbly. Maybe that is why we don't see much of him. But credit where its due, he has given us something I have wanted our wingers to do, RUN!!!!!!!!!

Dyer also looks better today, albeit not great, and still not runnign enough, but looks more up for it.

JDG still annoying me at times, the slip is not 1 of them before anyone thinks im being harsh on the guy :) still runs around headless at times with no oumph (however you spell that word)

Our passing seems a little wayward too, a few misplaced passes tonight, its as if they have forgot the basics of keeping an eye on the ball until you have hit it (reminds me of my golf swing lol)

But for an away performance, I have still been quietly impressed by some, esp Pozuello so far. Seems right up for it, and also happy with Dwight in the first half.

Agree with whoever it was that said Davies looks a bit out of sorts tonight, but also agree with others that Lamah hasn't helped.

And Norway, your still wrong, you know that right <laugh> only messing mate.

    Think it's 'oomph', swanselona. <laugh>

Lamah has been exciting going forward but Davies looks very exposed at times because the lad doesn't seem to have a defensive side to his game. Maybe that's why we don't play him so much. In fairness, Davies's first game after a layoff so we should cut him some slack.

Canas has passed away possession more times than I care to remember and that has led to a few chances for them, but as others have said the Bony/Poz/Lamah/Dyer combo is working well. So far anyway.

A good watch at least - very entertaining.

Lamah and Pozuelo have been creating all of our most dangerous moments going forward.

Lamah good going forward but not so good at tracking back and he missed a terrific opportunity to put us 2 up. Even so, he's doing well and showing some class in patches. Like the way that Poz is running at their defence and causing all sorts of problems.

Speaking of problems, Kuban are giving us some as well with their quick counters. This is a decent team and we'll do well to come away with a win. I just hope we're not going to go defensive second half to protect the lead. Easiest way to lose it.

Commentator picked up on a point I was going to make before the game. Why not give Tremmel a competitive 90 minutes before the weekend? He'll now be going in cold instead of getting up to speed.

Final word for Bony. Well done, my son!! Poacher's goal and could have got another from a great trademark header.
Mark my words, he will get us goals if we give him the service.

It's a shame Dyer is so lightweight, hope he continues trying those runs behind the defenders because his pace could pay off after repeated tries.
