Bruce fined £10k and warned about his future conduct...

****ing ridiculous.


The FA should be fining that ****ing disgrace Dossena for trying to end Meyler's career.

 

It'n not fair but everyone knows you can't say a bad word about referees and most of us saw this coming

 

Criticism is permitted but once a manager starts to veer into 'biased towards the home team' territory he's in trouble..

 

This reminds of From Dusk till Dawn, (I can't find the actual clip):

In other words, Bruce didn't actually state anything about the ref. Just asked questions which were his opinion and not presented as fact. The fact is though, his opinion was fact.

 

Good job he didn't racially abuse him, or Sepp Blatter would have forced him to shake the refs hand!

 

if there's any truth in Mike Oliver calling SB on the Monday to apologise for his "dreadful mistake" then SB should end him the £10k bill.....

 

send it to all the "Mikes" then....maybe they can pay it between them all.....

 

If he'd just said it was a joke of a decision, I'm sure he would have been fine. Especially as absolutely everyone that saw it, other than swanny, agreed.

How do you "beach" a rule exactly?

 

Good news, he deserved it. You just don't say a bad word about referees no matter what, it's improper and childish.
