Great news for Jay, Adam, and Rickie, hope they all get some game time. For Clyne and Shaw it is only a matter of time, and JWP will be there soon as well. By the end of this season we could end up fielding a side of full international players, if Fonte and Schneiderlin get picked.
Anyone know if the French squad has been announced yet? Still got my fingers crossed for Schneiderlin.
That's a surprising one, I don't think Rodriguez has hit top form yet and I expected Clyne to be in after some indifferent performances at right back by Walker and Smalling. Also absolutely delighted for Lallana, I'm sure those people at the beginning of the season who said he wasn't good enough for the PL feel a little silly now.
Looking forward to seeing an interview with Jay about his call-up, he's so unassuming it's hilarious.

Superb news and thoroughly deserved. Clyne is in that awkward space where he's just out of the U21 side. I'd have absolutely no problems with him representing England at RB because he's perfectly capable, but he's got a couple of established players in front of him that he has to displace. Personally, I think he's better than both, but these things take their time and he'll have to be patient. Luke and James will get their call ups in the future, I've no doubt. They have plenty of time. The one English player from the Saints squad who is really missing out is Jack Cork. He's getting no time on the Premier League pitch and he's not progressing like the others either, and that's a real shame.
