Does Faulin's injury now open up squad place for Yossi Benayoun?

Albeit things have gone quiet on this front of late.

I know we'll all curse another midfielder, but it might just be what we need to keep the likes of Jermaine Jenas on their toes!

Well in the sun jack collison's name has cropped up, not a bad player but prefer yossi to him.

 

the few minutes I've seen of chevanton would make me play him ahead of any incoming players.
he looks quick, direct and not afraid to take players on.

 

Different position though inked or can Chevanton drop back?

 

No, two totally different players. If Kranjcar and Carroll were out for a season then wed need him, We dont now.

 

Id be tempted to try him as one of the 3 in a 4231 and see if he can play off austin or out wide.
He looks a cracking player and its a shame we cant get him in the team, especially when we see the likes of Oneill out wide.
