ANOTHER RECORD BROKEN UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF SEAN O'DRISCOLL

11 home games without a win

beating our previous run of 10 home games without a win back in the 1931/32 season

    Surely Sean's days are numbered,

IF we fail to win Tuesday he has to go

Being brutally honest he hasn't floated my boat since his arrival and surely his time must be at an end. I know that is very negative but I just haven't seen any improvement in the side and here we are worse than last season and in a lower division.

By my reckoning that cannot be considered a success and even the 5 pillars can't support him any longer.

What we need to consider now is if by keeping SOD we stand a greater chance of staying up.
Yes folks, its another relegation fight !

Would we rock the boat so much by replacing him that we disappear into the Div 2 abyss never to be seen again ?
Would we represent an attractive option for anyone half decent, or would our rock-solid board and owner frighten off all but the rubbish ?
Or would we be sealing our fate by hanging on with SOD as we slip quietly into the outer reaches of netherworld (where dwell the unmentionables) ?

See the first episode, entitled 'Too big to go into administration' this Saturday at a betting shop near you

We can't ditch SOD now, this team is what he has put together, any incoming manager would do what?? Del inherited a team, SOD did the same, and we had Millen trying to do the same. No, for me we are all in this together, we have to have to courage to go the distance. If the worst happens and we get relegated, then we could consider managerial options. I am not a particular fan of SOD, but we do not have any other options..........................

I have to say he is managing to make what should be a more than decent League one squad look very poor.

Taking Ryan Taylor off was exactly the opposite of what was required if he was looking to see the game out for a 1-0 win. Taylor wasn't the best first half but was becoming more effective second half as the game wore on. The man is scared to take JET off the pitch.!

Thats because JET is the only player we have that frightens the opposition.

Its all the other options that we need to analyze.
    Like where is Wynter ?
Why does Bryan not start the game ?
Why are his players so erratic from one moment to the next ?
Is it a lack of direction ?
Why have we not tried Burns in the forward line ?
Why not play a front 2 with JET in the hole
    ie
    ---------------JET
    ----------Burns---Baldock/Taylor/Harewood

Also, why is Baldock suddenly suffering from acute lack of confidence ?
