Sadly. If you are offering me Pulis or JK then I'll take Pards.

Lesser of 3 evils is Pardew, Kinnear been out of the game too long and Pulis just doesn't convince me and certainly wouldn't be suited to our players, as can you imagine knocking long balls up to the likes of Cisse or Adam Campbell.

I honestly think that with a bit of backing from the fat man Pardew could do alright. The squad isn't balanced properly at the moment. We need some investment in the right areas. Our recruitment policy has been all about getting value for money rather than what we actually need.

I think we have to remember he is working under some fairly unusual circumstances here. I'm not saying he is my ideal choice but our problems stem from elsewhere.

Problem is, has the pressure taken its toll. In that even if there was now some investment and ambition, his desire/enthusiasm has been drained away. I get the impression the fat man has broken his will.

I don't care who replaces pardew as he has to go simples.
Two defeats against a poor Sunderland team is indefensible and over a year of shambles to go along with it.

Pardew can't blame Ashley when he fails to prepare a team more superior
then the opposition and fails to motivate.
Ashley does not pick the tactics

Exactly. We really don't need that deviant anywhere near here. His attempted shower rape of James Beattie was a disgrace!

I hate to say this, but i feel for the guy.. But if you sell your soul to the Devil then you have to deal with the crap that comes your way. You have to lie in the bed you make.. A leopard does not change its spots.. If you make friends with a scorpion and he then stings you expect nothing different.. If you bend over, pants down, and do not expect someone to hang you out to dry then you are a fool, young man.. A fat cockney C**t will always try to s**g another cockney up the a**e if he has a chance, FACT!!
As the famous Chinese Philosopher, Confucious, said... "Never trust 2 fat Cockney C**TS when you have your arse in the air, and you are screaming, "Give it to me boys, I`ll take 2 or 3 for the Team"".. F**king Clever them Chinese all those years ago!!!

I always liked philosophical analogy... So applicable to the modern world.....

We are stuck with Pardew, Ashley and JK for the near and distant future.

    STOP GETTING YOUR HOPES UP!

;-) He is going nowhere. If he was going to get the sack it would have happened by now. If he wants out of his contract the club would demand a fee from Palace (his potential new employment) and they wont pay what Pardew wants.

Ashley has us all just where he wants us. Including Pards......

I must say I regarded Sunday's debacle as being almost demonstrably the boards/MA's fault.

As has been pointed out, the player's were not as motivated as Pardew should have got them but at a nuts and bolts level we lost because we had an under 21 left back playing CB (with no one on the bench to replace him except another under 21 left back) and no one to play through the middle up front. It has now been 4 (5?) transfer windows since it has been generally accepted that a striker and a CB were necessities and there we were on match day without either. This probably actually makes it harder to motivate the players as well - - it must be hard to persuade them to give a **** about the club when the owner clearly doesn't.

I realise that you're pretty desperate to get rid of Pardew, he used to play for Palace and is, of course, a London man.

I do think though that Pardew is smart enough to know he's in a much better place at Newcastle United just now... Crystal Palace looked doomed to me... if Ian Holloway has given up on them this early, you'd have to think that they are only heading in one direction (don't bother!).
