It strikes me that a priority at any club should be a good scouting system.I have said we need a blend of youngsters copying the revie plan to get these plus an experienced old hand we need to scout the lower leagues where we can get value for money .Unfortunately Warnock was very lazy just bringinghin his old mates who we our now saddled with plus Hall who clearly had issues before we bought him this should have been investigated as well another example of lazy scouting its cost us dearly lets hope BM sorts these issues out otherwise we will be back to square one .That's why we must back the manager and give him some money!
