Was it the 0-3 last season or the 2-1 this season

yes but besides that, its a tough one, swaying towards winning in front of our own fans at home

    Last season for me.

I was in the convoy, from the station, and the Mags were puffing their fat chests out singing about how they were going to relegate us etc etc etc.

By the time we came out we'd totally humiliated them outsang them and emptied their ground.

They were so crushed they couldn't do anything but stand there silently, like pathetic little schoolboys, holding up 5-1's <doh>

We just grinned and they started smashing their TOOOOOON up and clouting anything with more than 2 legs .......

Got to be the home win, the manner wasn't as convincing but neither has our home record been against them. We need to gain some consistent home dominance over them, then what ever we get at their place is a bonus.

The 0-3 was my birthday (14 Apr).. It made for a great day.
The fans in the gods singing their hearts out & PDC doing his bit on the touchline!

The win at the weekend was an equally unbelievable day with the predicament we find ourselves in.
It's a brilliant feeling doing in front of the home crowd... It's been rare over the last few decades.

Decision..!?.... The 0-3 at their place just wins it for me... It kept us up!!

The 0-3. Things were desperate and they could have put us down. To do it on their ground as well, what a bonus.

Away at their place shaded it, but if there were a "both equally" button I'd have pressed that.

Sunday's 2-1 for me our predicament at the moment where we couldn't buy a win plus the way we battled against them they got a goal back and our heads didn't go down. And Borini's wonder goal.
The 3-0 at Syd James just seemed easier.
But as Neil said should have been a both button.

Probably the 3-0 as we had less of the season to save our arses. Close though.

Quite amusing when the mags smashed up their own town afterwards anarl :)

Our grandchildren will remember the 3-0 horse puncher match, over the 2-1 ......... like some remember the 4-1 Rowell game and the play-off 'half-way line force field' embarrassment <laugh>

The best thing is that the Mags keep saying that was just one idiot of the 62,000 at the match <doh>

Well yes, but this is how people, nationwide, see the Geordie Nation these days and he's just a hero and focal point of the entire movement.

Agree with this. Voted 3-0. Just shades it. Their turf, kept us up etc etc.

The 2-1, we really did need it but not as desperate (quite).

    Pitch-invading, horse-punching, boycoutting, own back yard-smashing, gutbucket-flashing, eejits!

The majority of their fans are decent folk, but they really must despair at the rep their neanderthal element has acquired.

Plus Paul "have a sandwich Moaty" Gascoigne.
