1. Davies (BORING!!) 2. Huddlestone 3. Meyler (considering he has hardly played to come in and do a job against the likes of Paulinho and Sandro was excellent.
Davies Sagbo Meyler/Thudd Can't decide between the two midfielders. I don't think anyone had a bad game, maybe Elmo the worst performer but even he had an average game.
Davies Sagbo Huddlestone Gutted but what an effort for a team without several stars.. 1-0 to the referee.. Proud of City
Huddlestone-thought he was imperious. Quickly overtaking Ken Houghton as my favorite all time best City midfielder, never panics in tight situations unfortunately expects others to do the same so poor old Super Mac on occasion had to resort to booting it away when he (Huddlestone) put him in one. Meyler always in the thick of it Sagbo By the way never saw Alex Bruce put a foot wrong nor misplace a pass (may have done but did not see it)
1 Junior, I know! But he put in one hell of a performance, he made 4 or 5 crucial blocks and quite a few clearances when called upon. 2 Thud his passing was sublime at times. He is way too good to be playing for us, and he gets other players to lift their game too. 3 Boyd, he ran and ran and then ran some more, he made some great passes, AND he almost scored - I was very impressed with the shift he put in.
Huddlestone Meyler Rosenior Everyone played well so it's hard to separate anyone but I can't vote for any of the front three since we didn't score.
