He got is wrong first half, simple as.
We had better players, more of the ball but didn't perform.
    No excuses.
hope they stay up like, derby day is special.

Borini's goal was the only moment of quality in a truly dire, dire football match.

It's no wonder the Premier League fraternity hates North East football, dear oh dear.

Not disappointed as I knew it was nailed on for them. Veteran NUFC fans must realise that if an embarrassing script is a possibility we'll follow it hook, line and sinker.

Sunderland played an ugly game but it was their best chance today and well done to them for doing it!

Find it hard to blame Pards for that one. Got us back into the game with a tactical switch. At least he reacted. Have to say he needs to forget Cisse though. Put him in the reserves. That was a big error as much as Sissoko was disgraceful. Our players just don't get it in the main or don't have the heart for it in some cases (Santon). Terrible game to watch and a sad advert for the quality of the two sides.

You wouldn't blame Pards if you came home and he was ploughing a beloved family member mate.

The defence were only one's to come out of the game with any credit. Tiote, tbf had a good game but should have held onto the ball which led to their second goal. Just hold onto or launch it into the crowd. Save Tiote, the midfield and strikers were just a pile of ****. Cabaye was ****ing wretched.

After we scored Sunderland were there for the taking, you could see it with the crowd alot of players heads dropped but then we have Cisse and Shola. The former who just can't score and Shola is a useless bastard. Pardew should have been happy with the point. Gouffran was awful, should have brought on Anita to shore things up. I really didn't see it coming and it hurts tbh, it really does. Last time we were well beat but this time I would say we deserved a point - between their goals they really didn't do that much.

The team is ill balanced and woefully inconsistent - you have to blame Pardew for that. I really hope he isn't in charge of another Derby because we won't win it. We all know this deep down. The bench is woeful to choose from save Anita who should have played at some point.

After all this time Pardew doesn't know what his best team is. Players don't improve under him, only regress.

We can blame Pardew all we like but he's picking the best, most experienced at least players at his disposal.

If he dropped all these lot and results were just as poor he'd be urged to bring them back in, branded clueless.

The recruitment policy has been to rip out all the honest, hardworking and English players out to replace with French guys who basically demand less wages.
It's why Simmo had to go, it's why Perchino was flogged.

That's what it's about, it's purely whether they'll play for what Ashley will pay them not whether they add anything or are good enough for this league.
Why do you think they are plundering France and will switch to Timbuktu once the French Leagues are injected with cash.

No ambition, it's about keeping expenditure as low as possible while staying in the PL and even that's sailing close to the wind.

Today was a physical, niggly typically English game of football – it doesn't suit our lot for one minute and never will.

HBA, Sissoko where shocking today. Paid the price for not getting I'm another quality CB today, starting with Willo and Dummett we where always going to need to score a few today and our offense was as poor as I've seen in ages. Not a good day for any of the players out there.
