    I'd take 5draws 5wins from that gladly.

I would really be interested to see how any nutmegs Luis has in total for last year, it seems he megs at least one a game minimum, like biscan said it's become the norm for us to see him do that.

that header was ****ing brilliant, olly bierhoff would be proud of that, can't decide what I enjoyed more the header or Fowler's chip.... **** I mean sturridge. :p

missed the game cos of work so can't comment anymore, but Rep to BR for the post match press conference "Gerrard's a top top top player..... " stick that in ya bagpipe and smoke it fungus hahaha

my sas 54 goal prediction seems a bit reserved now haha. ;)

Great midfield performance all three were superb today.

Gerrard - Drifted around the pitch found space and found passes.
Lucas - The Lucas of old sticking in the tackles but also finding the forward passes starting attacks.
Henderson - I've not been a fan but today was his best in a Liverpool shirt his energy was great but more importantly his choice of pass and all round play.

At first I read this like this:

'I would really be interested to see how any nutmegs Luis has in total for last year, it seems he megs at least one a game minimum, like biscan'

We should be more positive for the Arsenal game I think. As Hansen showed today, they do not defend well on the counter which is likely how we will operate given their midfield.

Who better on the counter than Gerrard, Suarez and Sturridge? None.

We definitely have a chance next week.

Big game for us and our reaction is all important. Lose and we need to forget about it, win and we need to do the same and not get carried away.

Agreed! It is huge! Need to keep momentum. I'd take draw but think they will be weary of us too.

Potential for a high scoring game. There is press on them as well which we shouldn't forget.

    Have just watched extended highlights...

Skrtel could have cost us the match with his in the box antics - another referee could've seen him give two penalties away.

Thought the passing throughout was very crisp - Stevie, Henderson and Lucas seemed to provide a great platform for our dynamic duo.

Cissokho's first time cross for Suarez was rather nice too.

EDIT: Encouraging as the West Brom midfield is quite handy. Mulumbu was good again. I'd take him at Liverpool.

BR said Coutinho will be fit and ready for the weekend, the strength has returned to his shoulder but he wasn't up to pace for yesterdays match.

Gerrard, Coutinho, Sturridge and Suarez have only played together 4 times.. Hopefully they'll get a few run of games together.

Also, with BR being really impressed with Lucas, Henderson and Gerrard, does anyone else think we'll revert to a 4-3-1-2 formation as it'll be hard to drop any of them 3?
