A was bit creeped out myself Jackash (yikes ) . It's clear to me now how many great games we had this season & I only got to stream a few of them but the away game at Forest I saw , I'm not sure I believe what I saw though .
Yea pompy was very important to us! set us up for the milwall game. Also the point we snatched at donny! Rangels wonder goal!
Best performance will be Forest away 0-0 play off semi final. Another couple of performances that changed our season were the defeats to Scunny and Derby and the home draw with Watford. This prompted HJ to sanction the signing of Borini coz he could see the best chance ever of the Swans going up was about to go up in smoke. Just my opinion
0 - 0 against Forest, I have never been more proud of a Swansea Team just an amazing, incredible team performance.
Some absolute classics this season: Forest away, Boro away, Cardiff away. But just to have a different opinion (Rhysj mentioned though) 4-0 Preston at home. For me that just showed what the season could have in store... The last game I watched at the liberty was Doncaster under Sousa where we could hardly find the net, first game under Brendan and they hit 10% of the Sousa seasons goals in 90 minutes.
For me, it was the Forest game at the Liberty (league game on the 19th March). Not only did Sinclair score of the best goals of the season, but Forest were totally outplayed for the vast majority of that game. Two sloppy goals took the edge off the game slightly, but the way the Swans played against each of the top sides at home was a joy to watch. Leeds, Forest and Norwich put to the sword, all in an empathetic way. No lucky wins â pure domination in all of three games. It was a pity that away form slipped when it did, but we certainly couldn't complain at the home form... something which Cardiff couldn't match when they were up against it.
