The players don't seem to be performing for the manager, tactically it looks a mess and regardless of his plans we need a team where the players and manager is on the same page.
I said a while ago that this was the game that would prove if SOD would stay or go. Clearly he has to go, all this talk of 5 pillars is all very well, however if the pillars are built on sand they are pretty useless.
We are now officially in a relegation battle once again. Two in a row - thats a pretty good record by any stretch. Most managers get sacked before the first one is over
Downward spiral. Getting to the point where only a major change will address this issue. Great to keep faith and not "knee jerk" but not at the expense of another relegation and we're drifting further away from the rest of the crap teams now.....
