Ffs, are you living on a desert island Stan?

The RL M62 oops I mean World Cup is almost upon us and you don't seem to have caught the bug yet.

Expect to see Gwylym Lloyd finally make it big nationally as coverage is rolled out top the hungry RL starved regions of the UK, hitherto deprived of the family game that also doubles up a Man's Game on account of it being rough, tough and Rugby League.

You seem obsessed with it. Why don't you do what the bit after the ? in your name suggests?

Should this be merged with the "Worst team in world has Hull boss" thread?

Yeah, I must admit I've been caught up in frenzy in this rugby crazy town.

I've already got my tickets for PNG- Cook Islands to be played at the Cornmill New Caravan Park, kick off to suit.

I must admit I didn't know there was a rugby league World Cup coming up. Have England qualified?

That Gwillam Lloyd. He is to sports broadcasting what a puncture is to a football.

    Your point is ???

Sport is littered with shock results.

And yes I do like RL and always have and many other sports. There are idiots on both parts who have a problem with other people liking both RL and football in this city.

The argument will never be won either way.

I see the 'Italians' are nearly all playing for Australian teams.

    My point is?

My point is under 5,000 fans for an international game in rugby heartland is shocking, especially on the eve of the so-called 'World' Cup.

To lose against a country who nobody knew even had a team is truly embarrassing.

    Genuinely small-time and pathetic.

Happy to have clarified for you.

England are meant to be having one of their RWC matches here in Huddersfield, but you wouldn't know it. No ****er seems to care apart from the odd psychopath with his full Giants kit.

I just assumed Australia had taken Papa Allams advice and gone for a shorter brand name. <ok>

Too late and too long. In rugby league circles for decades the Australian rugby league team has been called the "Roos".

Over 26,000 care. This game is a sell-out. So put that in your pipe and smoke it!

I always thought the Galpharm capacity was lower than ours.
Am I confused or have they increased it?

Seriously, if you were here, you wouldn't think there was going to be a World Cup match soon.

Also, how have they sold 26,000 tickets when the stadium holds 24,500?

Now I'm no Rugby expert, but, how can England have been beaten by an Italian side with only 1 Italian in it? By the typically Italian sounding Joel Riethmuller, James Saltonstall and Kade Snowden.

Their squad has 21 Australians in it, 1 Englishman and 1 Argentinean.

    ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!
