Tbf to him though, he only included the unneccessary 'g'. I've seen so many hash-ups by posters I really wish they'd give up and just write Morgan instead. please log in to view this image

Apart from the Pompey song. That makes me want to set them all on fire every time I hear it. And they're all saying "Pottechino" at the end. He's not a coffee.
If you think ours are bad...this guy just can't handle it.

Excellent blog from Chris Rann. Why do I say that it's excellent..? Well only because he agreed with my view 100%, about MOTD editing. http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/southampton/id/941?cc=5739 It's a good read.
Do you think the goal will be referred to the dubious goals panel...or do they only do that if there is a question of an own goal? Btw...noticed on the highlights on Player, Lallana sauntering across to stand right in front of de Gea whilst all the other players are jostling for space in the area...stealth footballer
I think Lallana's been awarded it officially now and it's pretty clear from the replays that that's the correct decision. What I don't get is how Hazard has been given a goal when it clearly went in off (the offside) Eto'o, and Mirallas was given a goal that touched (the offside) Barry on the way to the net. Surely even though they are offside the player who touched the ball last should be awarded the goal, no? The only reason to give them to the original scorers is to prevent controversy over offside calls which seems a bit underhand.
Lovren accepts it with a smile and says it's the result that matters (obviously true), but I bet it secretly smarts and is a scar on his soul. He will be longing for the day that he can supply a last little tap to a worldy goal from Lallana. 'Soz', he will say, 'It's the result that matters.'
Saints didn't get a mention in the Mirror match report, though they made Schneiderlin the MOTM. However, Lawro gave us a good write up in his column saying that he thinks our good form will continue because of the good spine to our team. Mentioned Shaw and JWP and suggested we had a good base for the future. Also said that Nicola was criticised for sacking NA but has brought in a good manager in Mauricio.
