After being dropped by Sheffield Hall made the following comment on twitter 'Look on the bright side if you`re not getting played take the L out and get paid` Claims he was referring to Sheffield but just sums up his attitude. Can't wait to have that bollix back at Elland road on Monday and I'm sure McD must be trilled with his attitude
Hall needs to look at himself and find a way of showing what football talent he has, rather than think everyone else is wrong. If he doesn't he will be very quickly in the non league and wondering where it all went wrong.
Another point about this outburst, he has made himself almost unsellable. Little or no chance of any club being fooled into signing him now
He tweeted that he'll be back at TA tomorrow. Did his loan end or was he thrown out? Anyone know? Wasn't happy to see him defend his statement on Twitter, I must say. Simply compounded the problem. Gross misconduct as far as I'm concerned. Sack him & save the wages.
Cheers for that, Eire. Suspect his number might be up then if he can't command a place in their team!
I think its too early to tell, I think Grella's case is a little worse. I'm not in anyway trying to defend Hall here but I think his tweet has been taken out of context somewhat. He's obviously saying that it was his last game at Sheffield United and they didn't play him which he was annoyed about (which isn't a bad thing for a footballer to be annoyed about in fairness) and what was the point in sheffield united bringing him in on loan to pay his wages if he isn't playing. I didn't read it as if he was only there (or here or wherever) to pick up a pay check and go home. Either way though, footballers should learn to stay away from social media, its only ever going to be bad for their public image.
Footballers should be banned from twatter, it's just a recipe for disaster. Hall is not good enough, sell him, sack him or just get rid.
OS says he is suspended "Leeds United can confirm that Ryan Hall has been suspended from the club pending an investigation into a disciplinary issue. No further comment will be made at this stage." http://www.leedsunited.com/news/art...1c8hm99y0/title/statement-ryan-hall-suspended
The suspension is down to a discilinary issue at the blunts, and why he was dropped for his last game, meaning he came back early.
He hasn't played for BMac and we have a chance to get rid of him without paying him off I would say get rid
