I can relate to this, club is rotten to the core.

Next time I see one of them driving through they will be getting the finger off me.

    Swans fan -
    Impressions today ..

The good thing was your fans (most of them) supported the team to the end. Sunderland looked well organised for about 40 minutes and quite a few players looked comfortable playing the ball on the floor - get used to that because that will be what Poyet will demand. He's been a fans favourite to manage us in recent times so we are aware of his style. Hopefully he has time to turn you around as there are many other teams I'd rather see relegated and I think Sunderland is a great club.

The not so good was - we were rarely out of 2nd gear (in fact, for most of the game, both team could have been embarrassed by a decent league 1 side). But unless you improve (massively) I can only see you being relegated.

Maybe the Newcastle game will see you getting 3 points.
Anyway, until we play again, good luck.

Thanks for the comments. I have massive respect for your club. Youve got a very good team and spent about less than half of what we have. All the best, and good luck until we meet again <ok>.

    P.s:- thanks for Ki.

You were in the game first half, though we were poor, but you started the game the better team, what the hell happened to your players second half, only you boys know, but clearly concentration levels dropped, and by the third goal, I really did feel sorry for Cattermole, he was one of the few, playing his heart out.

Poyet plays the game the right way, and you'll need to give him time to sort the mess out of who is deserving of a starting position, and I hope he uses Borini, as he's a real talent, when he was with us under Rodgers for a few months, he was very influential in getting us promoted, anyway all the best for the rest of the season, I really think you have the right manager to keep you up, though he'll need some time!.....................<cheers>

Fair points mate, yes id like us to drop Johnson and sit Borini behind Fletch.
All the best, youve got a team and a manager to be proud of <ok>.

Dragon is a Borini-worshipper because he did well for us in our promotion push from the Championship. From what I've seen of him since I'm not convinced he's anywhere near Prem standard but time will tell. In fairness, Rodgers consistently played him out of position at Liverpool. He's a decent lad and deserves his chance.

But I agree your team played really well first half but without threatening (zero shots on target). We were very very poor but that was largely down to your players getting tight on ours and not giving them any space. Second half your concentration levels dropped and the rest is history. I can understand your frustration but I still think Poyet will do well for you. <ok>
