According to NBC Sports (not exactly a major player in sports... but do cover US coverage of Premier League). Red Bull want to buy a Premier League team. They already have a variety of teams in various smaller leagues like the US and Austria. New York Red Bulls, Leipzig Ref Bulls etc. NBC suggested Everton or Liverpool being targets. Part of me looks at F1 and how their investment turned former lowly Sauber team into the boring always winning top team there. Then I think of football... and for all the red bull teams... none are of any significance... red bulls money hasn't had the same impact... or maybe its because they don't have a flagship team. Being "red" already we'd be ideal for them... but the thought of potentially being rebranded "Liverpool Red Bulls" makes me vomit in my mouth a little. / I've never actually had a red bull or energy drink... concept seems stupid to me... plus price for what is basically an over-caffinated soda has always put me off.
A really ugly slutty former Disney star who thinks she is hot. (Looks a little bit like gazza). She is my pet hate/punching bag at the moment. I have an empty void in my life now Bale has gone so I can't complain about his giant nipples. I've taken the jibe at her out though to try and avoid another I hate Miley Cyrus thread.
TBH, I think it would cost a hell of a lot of money to buy FSG out. They are riding high at the moment, We're 2nd in the league, the Red Sox are favorites for the world series while Greg Biffle has been performing well in the Sprint Cup for Roush Fenway
Everton red bulls then? I wonder if other red bull teams are happy with investment... or wish they could be unbranded. Most likely just news site filler anyway. Other clubs like Hull and Cardiff in the UK have had their souls ripped out in order to be rebranded... but they're both doing pretty well for themselves now. Wonder if their fans are happy with the success or disappointed at being rebranded still. Course being named after a energy drink is probably more soul destroying than being given a new logo or having your name changed to something more juvenile sounding like "tigers" instead of Hull.
As we've just signed a commercial agreement with Gatorade then I don't see is joining up with Red Bull
Are we talking about sponsorship or ownership? If ownership, I wouldn't be interested as we have a very good and stable board/owners who know what they're doing and doing it in the right way. I can iimagine a sponsorship deal though - I remember when we were linked with Oreedoo for a massive sponsorship deal which could cover stadium name, training facilities etc.
