It looks like some will miss out, we've taken our full allocation and we've got more applications than seats. It looks like Everton might also be a sell-out, we sold the Lower Bullens(1,700), then took the Upper Bullens(1,300), though I'm not sure we've sold all these yet.
Hull City Official ‏@hullcityteam 3m The Tigers will be backed by a capacity away following at White Hart Lane for our #BPL game against @SpursOfficial later this month #hcafc Following the general sale ticket application period, please note that we are currently oversubscribed for this fixture #hcafc We are currently processing application forms with priority afforded to fans who have previously applied for away tickets this season #hcafc Successful applicants should be notified within the next 48 hours #hcafc
Impressive, given the cost of the tickets, cost of travel and the timing of the game. Let's hope we can keep up our record of not conceding in the PL at WHL.
The fact there are free coaches may account for this. Unfortunately this means that the sit down and watch in silence brigade will be out in force. Complaining about anyone standing or making a noise. A shame as if you watch most games at WHL away fans are all stood up getting vociferously behind the team. We will buck the trend.
Well I am using the free travel bonus, I'm in E3 and I never sit and I'm always heard every game home and away? Shouldn't presume we are all west stand happy clappers making the most of the free travel.
I did write that those types would be out in force, not that all would be like that. The types that tapped someone on the shoulder who was celebrating our third goal at Newcastle and told him to sit down as he wanted to see Newcastle take the kick off to restart the game.
I'd forgotten about the free travel. It's not something that's any use to me living where I do. Don't worry ... we'll make lots of noise.
There's nowt like being ready early. I just hope they've all got enough sandwiches and soap to last until Saturday.
The FREE AWAY COACH TRAVEL cost on Tiger Travel makes it a cheap day out even if the match ticket is between £30-£40. Good news. Last tuesday we had 9 coaches filled for the Spurs sunday PL game. Looks like it could be another 20+ coaches. Aklams coaches will be happy.
Define 'capacity'. If we've taken the smallest allocation it doesn't surprise me that we've sold out. Look, whatever you do, don't mention the word 'Yids' down there, it's like really really offensive now even though it's been in use for several decades by the Yydds themselves. Also don't mention Mark Duggan. Another no-no.
The term 'capacity away following' would suggest a full allocation, it normally says we've 'sold our allocation'.
It's up to 2,900, there's an upper and lower away tier and as Agro has suggested, we don't know for sure that we have both.
Sperz are well-supported, I imagine we'll have got the smallest allocation they can give us. Don't recall seeing any empty seats in the Home sections for many years now.
